withdrawal success rates;\nHands-on data work: SQL, metrics, cohorts, A/B tests;\nWorking with AI tools in daily tasks;\nRussian Native, English B2+.\nKey responsibilities\nDeposit funnel: reducing the number of steps, implementing country-specific payment methods, and increasing the success rate of transactions;\nWithdrawals: managing processing times, ensuring transparent status updates, and minimizing \"where is my money?\" inquiries;\nPayment providers: onboarding and replacing providers, managing routing and cascading, and integrating local payment methods for new markets;\nData and
