The ideal candidate has experience working for a CySEC-regulated company, a valid CySEC Basic Certificate, and a strong understanding of client relationship management in the Forex/CFD industry.\nTasks\nConduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients through calls, written communication, and internal CRM tools;\nPromote company products and services to high-value clients;\nApply effective negotiation techniques to convert leads into long-term customers;\nDevelop and implement initiatives to increase client satisfaction and retention;\nBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor;\nMonitor client activity and identify opportunities for growth and engagement;\nMaintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.\nRequirements\nFluency in German (native or C1+ level);\nEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher;\nMandatory CySEC Basic Certificate;
