You'll set the strategy and lead the team that delivers it.\nWhat you'll do\nGrow e-commerce as a strategic channel. You'll own revenue, customer acquisition, lifetime value and OPEX, and forecast and deliver against quarterly targets.\nLead our SMB shift to digital-first. Working with Sales leadership, you'll redesign how small and mid-sized customers discover, buy and onboard, moving from sales-led to self-service.\nOwn the platform roadmap. You'll partner with IT, MarTech and R&D to build a conversion-optimised experience that connects seamlessly with our back-end systems.\nBuild a best-in-class analytics function. Your reporting framework will span e-commerce, web and mail marketing, turning data into decisions at every level.\nPut AI to work.
