The Parts Coordinator plays a key role in supporting service operations by managing parts inventory, coordinating orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring technicians and customers receive the parts they need in a timely manner.\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.\nKey Responsibilities\nReceive, process, and track parts orders from customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders.\nCoordinate with suppliers and vendors to source parts and ensure timely delivery.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.\nReplenish inventory and place purchase orders as required.\nVerify incoming shipments and inspect parts for accuracy and condition.\nResearch part availability, pricing, specifications, and alternatives.\nPrepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documentation.\nCoordinate returns, warranties, and core exchanges with suppliers.\nSupport service technicians by ensuring required parts are available for scheduled work.\nMaintain an organized and safe parts storage area.\nAssist with cycle counts and inventory audits.\nProvide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and requests.\n High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.\n2+ years of experience in parts coordination, inventory control, supply chain, logistics, or related industries.\nExperience using inventory management or ERP systems.\nStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.\nForklift certification is considered a plus.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience supporting field service, automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial operations.\nKnowledge of inventory management best practices.\nFamiliarity with vendor management and procurement processes.\n#LI-LR1\n Rewards & Benefits\nFlexible Work: Embrace a hybrid work model blending office and remote setup for a balanced lifestyle. \nEndless Learning: Access global opportunities for growth through our 24/7 online learning platform. \nInclusive Community: Join our Empowered Communities and engage in our Philanthropy program. \nComprehensive Rewards: Enjoy competitive Total Rewards covering wellness, work/life balance, and more, including a generous referral scheme. \nCaring for Wellbeing: Access our complimentary employee assistance program for mental health support. \nSmart Work at Quadient\nAt Quadient, our Smart Work approach fosters connection, collaboration, and innovation while offering flexibility based on role requirements.
