You’ll work directly with customers to understand their business needs, translate them into effective technical solutions and guide those solutions from initial requirements through to successful delivery.\nLead the technical delivery of complex customer projects, from understanding requirements and designing the solution through to implementation and successful handover.\nPartner directly with customers to understand their business processes and challenges, translating them into effective CCM solution designs.\nAct as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers make informed decisions and connecting technical choices with real business outcomes.\nTake ownership of technical issues and complex delivery challenges, independently investigating problems and defining a clear path to resolution.\nCollaborate closely with Project Management, Product, R&D and other Professional Services colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions.\nSupport technical discussions, solution presentations, workshops and project scoping, including contributing to pre-sales and SOW activities where needed.\nProvide technical guidance and mentoring to colleagues, sharing your knowledge and helping strengthen expertise across the wider Professional Services team.\nBring insights from customer projects back into the organisation, helping us continuously improve our products, solutions and ways of working.\n Strong hands-on experience with Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions. Experience with Quadient solutions is welcome, but not required.\nSeveral years of experience in Professional Services, technical consulting, solution delivery or a similar customer-facing technology role.\nExperience designing and delivering complex software solutions in customer environments.\nStrong technical understanding and the ability to analyse requirements, troubleshoot problems and propose pragmatic solutions.\nConfidence working directly with customers and stakeholders, including leading technical conversations, workshops and presentations.\nAbility to connect technical decisions with the customer's processes, objectives and business value.\nStrong ownership and independence - you're comfortable taking responsibility for a problem and driving it through to resolution.\nExperience working across multidisciplinary teams such as Professional Services, Project Management, Product and R&D.\nStrong communication and presentation skills in English, including the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.\nWillingness to travel to customer sites when required by the project.\nKnowledge gaps can be filled.
