Acting as the primary coordinator for the local team, you will work closely with headquarter stakeholders to align priorities, requirements, and ways of working across the organization.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for maintaining clear communication and alignment between stakeholders and the team, translating requirements into actionable plans, and ensuring their successful implementation. You will coordinate and prioritize team activities, assign tasks, monitor progress, and support the team's performance and development. In addition, you will drive process improvements, optimize workflows, and serve as the main escalation point for complex issues, helping to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of services. Also, act as a role model for leadership excellence, promoting a high-performance culture while balancing people’s well-being.\nWe are looking for a specialist with experience in the embedded software development lifecycle and a strong technical background.
