as industrial workers all over the world.\n\nJoin an international team of Lithuanian and German engineers developing advanced medical devices for mechanical lung ventilation.\n\nYou will work on a diverse portfolio ranging from legacy products to next-generation high-performance ventilators designed for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients.\n\nYour work will directly contribute to improving patient care across a variety of healthcare environments.\n\nAs part of the Verification & Validation team, you will collaborate closely with software and hardware engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.\n\nYou will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing verification and validation activities, including:\n\nDesigning, writing, and executing manual test cases\n\nAnalyzing test results and investigating defects\n\nIdentifying root causes and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues\n\nReviewing product requirements for completeness and testability\n\nDocumenting test results, technical findings, and verification evidence\n\nRequirements\n\n3+ years of experience in software or system testing\n\nGood understanding of software testing methodologies, requirements traceability, and defect management\n\nStrong technical documentation and written communication skills\n\nExperience collaborating within cross-functional, international teams\n\nExcellent written and spoken English\n\nNice to have\n\nExperience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, Bitbucket, IBM Engineering Test Management (RQM/ETM), or IBM DOORS is an
