# ASSETS COORDINATOR

Position: Assets Coordinator Location: The Woodlands, TexasStatus: Permanent, full-time (1). This is a full-time position. This is a newly created position. Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office The Assets Coordinator is responsible for nationwide sourcing, deployment, tracking, vendor management, maintenance coordination, and cost control of mobile field assets supporting QCI operations and commercial activities. Assets include frac tanks, pumps, hoses, filtration systems, temporary storage equipment, transloading support equipment, and related field infrastructure. The role serves as the central point of contact between Commercial, Operations & Logistics, and vendors to ensure assets are available, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective. The position supports customer commitments while improving asset utilization, availability, total cost of ownership (TCO), and return on investment (ROI). Some of the responsibilities of the Assets Coordinator include: Asset Lifecycle Determine which assets QCI should own, rent, lease, standardize, redeploy, or retire.
