If you are driven by excellence, you belong here!\nWhy This Role Matters\nYou own reports, dashboards and semantic models Quadra runs on — Power BI and Microsoft Fabric — across commercial, supply chain, finance, quality and HR.\nYou contribute to the flagship analytics initiatives: the Customer Scorecard and Demand Forecasting.\nYou model data from our enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, transportation, finance) with the relevant Platform Managers — Product Owners.\nYou contribute to the published KPI dictionary and to reporting governance — which question belongs in E1/DAS, Power BI or Salesforce — so definitions stay consistent and the legacy report estate is rationalised.\nYou make accuracy and performance provable: documented models, measured adoption, no unexplained regression.\nWhat would be your main responsibilities as a Power BI Developer :\nDesign, develop and maintain reports, dashboards, semantic models and DAX measures in Power BI.\nDevelop within Microsoft Fabric (workspaces, lakehouse, shared semantic models) according to published standards.\nDesign star-schema models and write performant SQL; use Power Query for data preparation.\nConsume and model data from our enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, transportation, finance), working with the relevant Platform Managers — Product Owners.\nOptimize model, report and refresh performance, and implement Row-Level Security when required.\nInvestigate and resolve data discrepancies, performance issues and reporting errors.\nContribute to the flagship analytics initiatives, notably the Customer Scorecard and Demand Forecasting.\nUse approved AI tools (including Copilot) to speed up development, testing and documentation, validating the output.\nParticipate in the full BI lifecycle, from requirements to production support.\nApply established standards for data governance, security, privacy and quality, and keep definitions, metrics and business rules consistent across reporting solutions.\nValidate and reconcile data, and document models, sources and technical decisions.\nGather stakeholder requirements and translate them into maintainable solutions, explaining technical concepts in plain terms to drive adoption.\nTechnical Environment\nAnalytics platform: Power BI (Desktop and Service) and Microsoft Fabric.\nCurrent source system landscape: ERP, CRM, transportation and finance \nData access: standard connectors and APIs. Building and maintaining system-to-system integrations is owned by another team.\nMicrosoft ecosystem: Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform and Copilot.\nDelivery tooling: Jira, Git source control, change management and releases to QD standards.\nQualifications & Education\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in Power BI or Business Intelligence development.\nCollege diploma (DEC) in Computer Science (Computer Technology), Data/Analytics or related field. An equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant professional experience may be considered.\nProficiency in Power BI (Desktop and Service), DAX, Power Query and semantic modeling.\nExperience with Microsoft Fabric, or a demonstrated ability to get up to speed quickly.\nMicrosoft Power BI or Fabric certification (PL-300 or DP-600) is considered an asset. Quadra may support the successful candidate in obtaining an appropriate Microsoft certification as part of their professional development.\nExcellent SQL, dimensional modeling and DAX skills, applied to large or complex datasets, combined with a strong understanding of the business. We value this practical expertise over certifications.\nExperience working with data from ERP, CRM and other enterprise systems, with the ability to understand data structures, business processes, and reporting and analytics needs.\nSolid knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem: Microsoft 365, Azure and Power Platform.\nKnowledge of data governance, security and data quality principles.\nExperience with a work-tracking tool (Jira or equivalent) and source control (Git).\nComfortable using the company's AI tools (Copilot) to speed up their own work.\nAutonomy, rigor and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.\nExperience writing detailed specifications for reports.\nProfessional proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.\nAbility to troubleshoot complex issues across multiple workflows, master data, transactional data, batch processes.\nAssets: Row-Level Security and Power BI deployment and release processes; Python, or notebooks and data pipelines in Fabric; Azure DevOps or an equivalent tool; distribution, manufacturing or supply-chain experience.\nWorking Conditions\nPermanent, full-time position based in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec.\nHybrid model: minimum 2 full days per week in the Vaudreuil office, in line with Quadra policy.
