This role will play a key part to help support, shape, implement, optimize and modernize our JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) platform as we continue to grow through business expansion, acquisitions, and digital transformation initiatives.\nThis is not primarily an application-support position. The successful candidate will be a hands-on functional solution leader with demonstrated experience implementing, upgrading, configuring, troubleshooting, and designing JD Edwards EnterpriseOne solutions. The role will focus principally on distribution and wholesale operations, while supporting manufacturing processes where applicable.\nReporting to the ERP Platform Manager, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor and functional subject matter expert across Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, Quality, and Manufacturing. The analyst will translate complex operational requirements into scalable, supportable EnterpriseOne solutions that improve efficiency, controls, business adoption, and end-to-end process performance.\nWhat would be your main responsibilities as a Senior ERP Functional Analyst (JDE)?\nLead end-to-end Business Process Improvement Initiatives and solution design\nPartner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, opportunities, and strategic objectives.\nDocument and assess current-state processes, pain points, controls, data dependencies, integrations and business risks. \nDesign standardized future-state business processes and solutions\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, automation, and user experience.\nChallenge unnecessary customization and promote best-practice use of standard JD Edwards functionality and identify opportunities to replace or retire existing custom solutions.\n\nDrive ERP Solution Design\nGather, document, and validate business requirements.\nTranslate business requirements into complete, testable functional designs, process flows, configuration documents, interface requirements, data mappings, acceptance criteria, and detailed functional specifications.\nCollaborate with technical resources, developers, and external partners to deliver effective solutions.\nEvaluate system impacts and cross-functional dependencies.\nSupport business cases and benefit realization activities.\n\nSupport Enterprise Projects & Acquisitions\nParticipate in ERP projects from concept through implementation.\nSupport integration of newly acquired businesses into the ERP landscape.\nAssist with process harmonization and standardization initiatives.\nContribute to ERP roadmap activities and continuous improvement efforts.\n\nFunctional Testing & User Readiness\nDevelop and execute functional test plans and test scenarios.\nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.\nValidate enhancements, integrations, and new functionality.\nPrepare user documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\n10+ years of hands-on ERP functional experience, predominantly with EnterpriseOne.\nStrong JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience with EnterpriseOne 9.2\nExperience creating functional specifications for custom JDE development, Orchestrations, Logic Extensions, and integrations. \nDeep hands-on expertise in Order Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Advanced Pricing.\nExperience with Transportation/Logistics processes and Finance integration.\nProven experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.\nStrong testing, implementation, and change management experience.\nProven experience preparing functional and technical design specifications for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne enhancements and custom development. \nAbility to work effectively with developers to translate business requirements into clear, actionable development specifications. \nStrong EnterpriseOne configuration experience, including processing options, versions, data selection, data sequencing, status rules, preferences, constant, UDCs, batch/UBE Processing and reporting\nExperience writing detailed functional specifications for custom applications, reports, interfaces, conversions, Orchestrations, Logic Extensions, and integrations.\nExperience with data conversion, migration mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover.\nAbility to troubleshoot complex issues across multiple modules, integrations, master data, transactional data, batch processes, and accounting results.\nAbility to influence business and technical stakeholders without direct authority and to manage multiple priorities in a growing organization.\n\nPreferred Qualifications (Assets)\nManufacturing experience, particularly with Product Data Management, bills of material, routings, work orders, MRP/MPS/DRP, shop-floor processes, product costing, and manufacturing accounting.\nExperience in regulated, safety-sensitive, chemical, ingredient, food, pharmaceutical, or similarly complex distribution environments.\nKnowledge of Orchestrations, Logic Extensions, UDOs, notifications, workflows and low-code automation solutions.\nExperience with Data Access Studio (DAS) report design, report maintenance, queries, joins, calculations, and dashboard development. \nExperience supporting ERP integrations.\nExperience with EDI, WMS, TMS, CRM, 3PL, carrier, e-commerce, and document-management integrations.\nWorking knowledge of EnterpriseOne tables and SQL for controlled analysis and troubleshooting.\nExperience supporting acquisitions and organizational growth
