The role involves configuration, custom development, integrations, and platform optimization across core ServiceNow modules in a large, complex IT environment.\n\nResponsibilities :\n\n- Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions using out-of-the-box features and custom scripting.\n\n- Work on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, WSD, CSM, or custom applications.\n\n- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, catalogs, and flows.\n\n- Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.\n\n- Support CMDB and Discovery, ensuring data accuracy and relationship integrity.\n\n- Participate in upgrades, patching, testing, and release management activities.\n\n- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing platform support.\n\n- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams in Agile delivery models.\n\n- Follow platform best practices, security standards, and governance guidelines.\n\nQualifications :\n\nRequired Experience & Skills :\n\n- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.\n\n- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide APIs.\n\n- Solid experience with ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).\n\n- Experience with integrations and automation.\n\n- Working knowledge of CMDB concepts and ITIL processes.\n\n- Experience in enterprise or managed services environments preferred.\n\nCertifications (Preferred) :\n\n- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) -
