Now and for generations to come.\nQuadReal: Excellence lives here.\nwww.quadreal.com\nRole Description:\nReporting to the Resort Manager, the Maintenance Technician will oversee and initiate maintenance and general repairs for the entire property and fulfill the company's responsibilities to its residents at Gallagher Lake\nCamping & RV Resort.\nResponsibilities:\nGrounds maintenance and landscaping of the property\nRepairs and maintenance of all community buildings and equipment with occasional cleaning\nManaging and keeping records of the upkeep of the septic systems, water systems, and irrigation\nMaintaining all Health & Safety requirements of the Community and Community Buildings\nEnsuring ongoing communication with your manager\nResponsible for maintenance and cleaning of work area, tools and equipment.\nRespond to requests from manager with courtesy and in a timely manner\nInteract with community residents with patience and courtesy\nOperate within the applicable Occupational Health & Safety legislation and company policies at all times.\nBe prepared to accept after hour calls and act on emergencies as required.\nOther duties as required\nExperience and Qualifications:\nMust have valid G-class driver’s license; Clean Driver’s Abstract required\nOn-call availability for sewer, water, and park emergencies\nWater operator certification an asset\nAble to work weekends, days, nights and call-in during emergencies\nThis job posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization.\nThe expected hourly range for this role is $22- $24.\nBased on the position, QuadReal offers a competitive total rewards package in addition to the base pay, which may include a performance-based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, pension plan, and paid time off.\nThe actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.\nWe value diverse experiences and perspectives.
