We are a small, specialized team where every role carries significant responsibility.\nAs a Data & Anaytisis Lead, you will lead the Data & Analysis team, an existing team of four people (data analysts/QA specialists and business consultants). You will be responsible for the data models and their quality, while managing projects for our major clients. You will report to the CEO and work closely with the CTO and the technical team on a daily basis. The team covers data analysis and human-in-the-loop quality assurance, business consulting for clients, and project support.\nWhat You Will Do:\nDesign and develop the platform’s data models (relational models and company entity-relationship models) and evolve them as new products are introduced;\nOrganize and automate ETL pipelines in collaboration with the CTO, reducing the amount of manual work required;\nEstablish and manage the data quality framework, including checks, metrics, human-in-the-loop processes, and algorithm testing for entity matching;\nLead the team by setting priorities, managing recruitment, supporting professional development and training, and conducting performance reviews;\nManage client projects, primarily for banks and large companies, from requirements analysis through delivery and ongoing support;\nCoordinate pre-sales and post-sales support in collaboration with the product and sales teams;\nEvaluate new data sources and analytical methods to support the development of new products and services;\nDocument data models, processes, and team knowledge to ensure that critical expertise does not depend on a single individual;\nEnsure all activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, while supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.\nThe First 6 Months:\nTake ownership of the existing data models, quality assurance processes, and ongoing client projects;\nImplement data quality metrics for the platform’s core datasets;\nFurther automate the pipelines that involve the most manual work, in collaboration with the CTO.\nRequirements\n4-7 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or business intelligence (BI), including at least 1-2 years of team or project leadership experience;\nStrong knowledge of data modeling and SQL, with experience in designing and operating ETL processes;\nHands-on experience with data quality, including checks, metrics, and correction processes;\nProven experience in project and client management, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication;\nConfidence in explaining data-related concepts to non-technical audiences in both Greek and English.\nNice to Have:\nPython skills for data analysis or automation, as well as experience with BI tools;\nExperience with public registries and open data, KYC/AML, non-performing loans (NPLs), or banking projects;\nExperience with entity matching, graph data, or team training.\nBenefits\nWhat We Offer:\nCompany car and meal
