Built on robust data architectures and interoperability standards, our solutions integrate with existing systems and evolve alongside operational needs.\nWe are looking for a DevOps Engineer to strengthen our team by implementing, automating, and maintaining cloud-native infrastructures, with a focus on Git workflows, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines, and Java application environments. The ideal candidate will contribute to automating infrastructure and ML workflows, ensuring stability, scalability, and high performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdministration and deployment of containerized Spring Boot Java applications, including performance tuning monitoring and containerized application management.\nAdministration of PostgreSQL/PostGIS databases (provisioning, backup/restore, migrations, performance tuning, high availability) and of Apache Kafka clusters (topic/broker management, monitoring, upgrades);\nManagement of cloud infrastructure (Azure or other cloud platforms) including provisioning, autoscaling, monitoring, and cost-efficient operation;\nManagement of Git repositories following best practices in branching, versioning, and workflow design;\nMLOps with MLflow including experiment tracking, model registry, versioning, deployment, and integration with Kubernetes;\nDesign and implementation of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD) for applications and ML workflows;\nInfrastructure as Code automation using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and template-based provisioning;\nContainerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes;\nMonitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, and tracing tools;\nClose collaboration with development, data science, and security teams to achieve zero-downtime deployments;\nEnsuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (required);\nMaster’s degree in computer science or related field (optional, a plus);\n3+ years of experience in DevOps roles with emphasis on automation and cloud-native environments;\nExperience containerizing and operating Java / Spring Boot applications;\nExperience with GitOps workflows and version control systems;\nExperience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps);\nSolid skills in Docker and Kubernetes;\nFluency in English both oral and written.\nDesirable Skills\nFamiliarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, or Kubeflow Pipelines);\nExperience in multi-cloud or hybrid environments (Azure/AWS/GCP);\nScripting knowledge (Python/Bash/PowerShell);\nFamiliarity with Identity & Access Management tools such as Entra ID or Keycloak for authentication/authorization flows and secure user management;\nParticipation in open-source projects or DevOps communities.\nBenefits\nYour Life @ Qualco Group\n As a #Qmember, you'll embody our values every day, fostering a culture of teamwork & integrity, passion for results, quality & excellence, client focus, and agility & innovation.
