This is the same field-to-platform feedback loop Palantir calls \"gravel road to paved highway\".\nHow your time breaks down:\nFull-stack AI/agent development - writing production code, building integrations;\nEnterprise architecture design - deciding how the solution fits the client's real systems and constraints;\nStrategic client discovery - understanding the client's workflows well enough to know what's actually worth building.\nWhat you'll actually do:\nOwn the full lifecycle of a deployment: customer discovery, scoping and solution architecture, POC sprint, and the transition from POC to production;\nDesign and build production-grade AI agent systems - RAG pipelines, agent and multi-agent orchestration, tool/harness engineering - against real client data and infrastructure, not synthetic demos;\nSelect and justify the right architecture and framework for each use case, with clear trade-offs communicated to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;\nPartner with the AI Strategist to translate discovered use cases into a scoped delivery plan, and jointly define what \"resolved\" means for each engagement;\nBuild long-term relationships with the client and proactively surface new deployment opportunities across the engagement - this overlaps deliberately with the AI Strategist's remit; both roles are expected to keep finding what's next;\nNavigate real enterprise constraints - legacy systems, messy data, integration limits, compliance requirements - and still ship something that works;\nIdentify and codify repeatable deployment patterns, escalating them to the AI Studio Core team as candidates for reusable platform capability rather than solving the same problem from scratch each time;\nSupport the system through pilot evaluation and into full production, incorporating user feedback along the way;\nWork on-site with client build solutions e2e;\nEnsuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.\nWhat you're not:\nNot a solutions engineer who demos and hands off to someone else;\nNot a one-off contractor - you own the outcome through to production and stay accountable for it working in the real world.\nRequirements\nStrong software engineering, machine learning, or AI infrastructure background - comfortable building production systems, not just prototypes;\nWorking knowledge of RAG pipelines, agent/multi-agent architectures, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph);\nHigh agency and comfort navigating ambiguity inside a complex organization; high cooperation mindset, low ego, able to balance competing priorities with integrity;\nStrong communication skills - able to conduct discovery with clients and convey technical trade-offs to both engineers and business stakeholders;\nFormer technical founders and early startup employees are encouraged to apply;\nA background in financial services / banking operations is a strong plus, though the deep domain literacy requirement sits primarily with the AI Strategist;\nGreek fluency required for client-facing work; English for internal/Core team communication;\nPrimarily on-site with the client; some travel between client sites and Core team HQ expected.\nSuccess in the first 90 days:\nDelivered a working POC for the first engagement, built on real client data;\nSuccessfully transitioned at least one POC toward production, incorporating pilot feedback;\nIdentified at least one implementation pattern worth escalating to the Core team.\nSuccess ongoing (quarterly):\nAt least one deployment moved from POC to live production;\nDemonstrable reduction in build effort versus the previous deployment - evidence the architecture is compounding rather than starting from scratch each time;\nAt least one new opportunity surfaced with the client and shared with the AI Strategist / GTM.\nBenefits\nYour Life @ Qualco Group\nAs a #Qmember, you will live out every day in a truly human-centred culture, based on mutual respect, trust, and cooperation.
