The role also involves working in shifts to ensure coverage and timely support.\nResponsibilities\nDiagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues;\nDirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel;\nParticipate in the implementation and support of IT infrastructure;\nPerform maintenance and system upgrades;\nMonitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability;\nMonitor backup and redundancy strategies;\nPrepare technical reports, problem reports, and status reports, and assist with documentation;\nAdminister virtualization systems, Microsoft servers and applications, and Microsoft Networking Services;\nEnsuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.\nRequirements\n4 years of hands-on IT engineering experience;\nUniversity degree in Computer Science or a related field;\nAbility to work with cross-functional teams;\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nTechnical Competencies\nExperience with ticketing systems;\nFamiliar with Identity Management and Federation Services, MFA;\nKnowledge of NAS / SAN concepts and protocols (SMB/CIFS, NFS, iSCSI); \nExperience with the following technologies: VMware virtualization, Microsoft Servers and applications, Office 365;\nFamiliar with virtualization platforms such as VMware and with backup solutions including Veeam;\nKnowledge of networking concepts such as VLans, Subnetting; and\nFamiliar with Microsoft server products and applications, Active Directory, Group Policy, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, Exchange, SQL.\nBenefits\nYour Life @ Qualco Group\nAs a #Qmember, you will live out every day in a truly human-centred culture, based on mutual respect, trust, and cooperation.
