Our high-performing, dynamic, and collaborative environment fosters professional growth at every stage.\nQuento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced Mendix Developer:\nResponsibilities:\nTranslate business requirements and user stories into Mendix applications, including domain models, microflows, pages, and security roles.\nDevelop integrations with internal and external systems through APIs, database connectors, and Single Sign-On (SAML/OIDC) solutions.\nDesign and maintain reusable modules, widgets, and components, contributing to shared component libraries and development standards.\nApply secure-by-design principles, role-based access control, and data protection requirements throughout the application lifecycle.\nDevelop user interfaces that comply with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.\nWrite and maintain unit and automated tests, participate in code reviews, and leverage Mendix quality tools to ensure code quality and manage technical debt.\nContribute to application deployment, release management, and third-level support activities for production environments.\nProduce and maintain technical documentation covering application design, development, deployment, and support processes.\nEnsuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline; alternatively, equivalent professional experience.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in IT software development, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with the Mendix platform.\nHolder of a Mendix Advanced Developer Certification.\nProven track record in delivering at least two Mendix applications to production, including integration with enterprise systems.\nExperience with Mendix 10 or later, including deployments in on-premises and/or private cloud environments.\nWorking knowledge of Java and JavaScript for the development of custom actions, widgets, and platform extensions.\nExperience working within Scrum or other Agile software delivery frameworks.\nAbility to contribute across the full application lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Mendix-based solutions.\nMendix Expert Certification will be considered an advantage.\nPrevious experience within EU Institutions, Agencies, or Public Administration organisations, as well as exposure to Mendix AI capabilities (e.g., Maia, GenAI connectors), will be considered an asset.\nExcellent command of English (C1 level or higher); knowledge of French is an advantage.\nBenefits\nThis role is an on - site opportunity in Luxembourg.\nCV submitted in English.\nYour race, gender identity and expression, age ethnicity or disability make no difference in Quento we want to attract, develop, promote, and retain the best people based only on their ability and behavior.\nDisclaimer: Quento collects and processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
