You will work directly with the Product & Technology Lead and cross-functional stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Operations. Your mission is to drive backlog ownership, product discovery, and sprint execution across the full build lifecycle, and progressively take over full backlog ownership for Phase 2 and Phase 3 expansion.\nResponsibilities\nAs a Product Owner you will be responsible to:\nOwn and prioritise the product backlog, aligning business goals, customer value, and technical feasibility;\nWrite clear, well-structured epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with technical leads, ensuring stories are development-ready without further clarification;\nPrioritise backlog items based on regulatory requirements, business value, technical dependencies, and go-to-market milestones;\nAct as the primary functional point of contact between Product, Technology, and business stakeholders on a day-to-day basis;\nCollaborate closely with developers, designers, QA, and operations teams to translate business needs into well-defined product increments;\nCoordinate requirements and decisions across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to ensure stories are complete and unblocked before sprint entry;\nUse data and user insights to identify friction points and drive measurable improvements in customer experience and platform efficiency;\nMonitor development progress and actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives;\nWork closely with UX/UI designers and external partners to deliver a high-quality user experience aligned with modern fintech standards;\nProvide regular reporting and clear communication to all relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle;\nEnsuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.\nRequirements\nBSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field;\n3+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner, ideally in a fintech, banking, or financial services environment;\nSolid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and hands-on experience with sprint ceremonies and backlog tools (Jira or equivalent);\nAbility to write precise user stories and acceptance criteria that are development-ready;\nAbility to understand technical concepts and collaborate effectively with development teams;\nExperience working with APIs, integrations, or backend-driven workflows;\nExperience working on web and mobile products (iOS/Android native apps) and collaborating external UX/UI agencies and validating wireframes against functional requirements;\nExcellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills;\nFluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.\nThe following will be considered as a plus:\nCSPO / PSPO I/II certification from Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org;\nExperience in lending, payments, BNPL, digital onboarding, or customer journey platforms;\nExperience working on products involving merchant integrations or external partners.\nBenefits\nYour Life @ Qualco Group\n As a #Qmember, you'll embody our values every day, fostering a culture of teamwork & integrity, passion for results, quality & excellence, client focus, and agility & innovation.
