Our high-performing, dynamic, and collaborative environment fosters professional growth at every stage.\nQuento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager\nResponsibilities:\nLead project management activities, including proposals for project strategies, planning, task allocation, and delivery milestones\nGuide project execution and review deliverables to ensure quality and consistency with requirements\nPrepare and maintain project and quality plans, tracking progress and providing regular, accurate status reports\nConduct risk analysis and management, identifying potential issues and ensuring appropriate mitigation actions are in place\nEstimate and monitor project costs, timelines, and resource allocation, taking corrective actions where deviations occur\nManage change control processes, ensuring that any project adjustments are formally agreed upon with stakeholders\nAnalyse business needs and translate them into clear functional and non-functional requirements\nDocument and model business processes, perform cost-benefit analyses, and propose improvements to enhance efficiency\nParticipate in functional and technical working groups, as well as project progress meetings\nOversee system management activities where required, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with project goals\nManage problem reporting and tracking systems, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution\nPrepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders as needed\nEnsuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with at least one recognised Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PRINCE2 Foundation,/PRINCE2 Practitioner, PM² Essential, or equivalent)\nAt least five (5) years of professional experience in IT, out of which three (3) years in the project management of software development, with practical hands-on involvement across most stages of the system development life cycle (SDLC)\nMinimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance\nExpertise in Data, Data Visualization and Analytics\nKnowledge of Agile, SCRUM, or Waterfall methodologies and experience in delivering projects in traditional, hybrid, and Agile \nStrong understanding of software development processes / technologies and application management, including system management, application lifecycle management\nExperience in coordinating business, technical, operations, and infrastructure teams, ensuring the maintenance, evolution, and continuity of business-critical applications using tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and MS Project\nExperience in technical documentation and knowledge of web technologies (e.g. HTML/CSS, JSON, XML) \nProven experience in time, scope, risk, stakeholder, and budget management\nStrong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with ability to work in an international/multicultural environment and a proactive approach.\nITIL 4 foundation level will be considered as an asset \nGood command of both English (equal to B2 according to CERF) and French (equal to A2 according to CERF)\nBenefits\nThis role is an on - site opportunity in Luxembourg.\nCV submitted in English.\nYour race, gender identity and expression, age ethnicity or disability make no difference in Quento we want to attract, develop, promote, and retain the best people based only on their ability and behavior.\nDisclaimer: Quento collects and processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
