Our high-performing, dynamic, and collaborative environment fosters professional growth at every stage.\nQuento Technologies seeks a highly motivated Senior Power BI & Data Specialist:\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.\nDevelop and optimise data models using Power BI and Power Query.\nCreate data processing and automation solutions using Python.\nWrite, optimise, and maintain SQL queries supporting reporting and analytical activities.\nLeverage Databricks and modern analytics platforms to support scalable reporting and data-driven decision-making.\nGather, analyse, document, and validate business requirements.\nTranslate business needs into technical and analytical solutions.\nSupport the development of intuitive and user-friendly analytical interfaces.\nExplain technical concepts, opportunities, and constraints to non-technical stakeholders.\nFacilitate discussions and workshops with business and technical teams.\nSupport the evolution and continuous improvement of data products and analytics services.\nCollaborate with stakeholders in an international and multicultural environment.\nPromote analytics best practices, data quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nOther tasks as assigned by supervisor\nEnsuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.\nAt least six (6) years of experience, after having completed university studies, in data management and software development. Proficiency in two or more of the following areas: business intelligence tools, data visualisation, controlled terminologies, business glossaries and ontologies, data architectures, data integration pipelines, data validation processes and pipelines, and master data management.\nStrong hands-on experience with Power BI, including: Data modelling, Power Query, Dashboard and report development, Semantic models\nStrong experience with Python for data analysis, automation, and reporting solutions.\nExperience working with Databricks, SQL, Python, cloud-based analytics environments, and containerized platforms ( e.g. Kubernetes) for scalable data and reporting solutions.\nExperience with data integration and analytics platforms, gathering and documenting business requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders, and translating business needs into technical deliverables and analytical solutions.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services, tools, and technologies, with hands-on experience in Azure environments.\nExperience developing or supporting analytical and user-facing reporting interfaces.\nAbility to explain technical concepts to business audiences.\nFamiliarity with modern BI and data engineering practices.\nAbility to confidently facilitate discussions and workshops with both business and technical stakeholders in English, fluency in English at C1 level or higher according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).\nAdvantageous:\nExperience working in international, regulated, or public-sector environments.\nExperience supporting enterprise-scale analytics initiatives.\nExposure to cloud-based analytics and data platforms.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted analytics, advanced reporting capabilities, or data-driven automation solutions.\nExperience with data governance or data product management concepts.\nBenefits\nThis role is to be performed offsite under a B2B contract\nCV submitted in English.\nYour race, gender identity and expression, age ethnicity or disability make no difference in Quento we want to attract, develop, promote, and retain the best people based only on their ability and behavior.\nDisclaimer: Quento collects and processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
