C++/Python/Java programming experience.\n3. Strong expertise in LLMs, VLMs, and modern AI architectures, with solid knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms (CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer, and mainstream LLMs), as well as performance benchmarking and analysis.\n4. Be familiar with one or more AI frameworks like Tensorflow, Pytorch, ONNX.\n5. Be familiar with major AI accelerator chip architecture , like GPU card or data center experience.\n6. Be familiar with PTQ and QAT workflow and algorithm, has experience of model accuracy finetune is plus.\n7.
