We're looking for a Full-Stack Automation Software Developer to help design, build automation frameworks to help verify/validate complex wireless systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nTest automation: Design, develop, and maintain Python-based test automation frameworks and APIs that control every aspect of TBS products, including configuration, start/stop, crash handling, and log collection.\nWeb interface: Build and maintain a web interface for managing test execution flows and for viewing and generating test reports.\nDebug tools: Develop tools to debug TBS system and 3GPP protocol issues, such as log parsers, KPI and statistics collectors, analyzers, and call-flow validators.\nCollaboration and support: Work closely with the core test and software teams to understand requirements and shape the TBS automation roadmap. Partner with TBS customers and test teams to integrate automation libraries into their test environments and scripts, and provide ongoing support.\n Documentation: Write High-Level Design (HLD) documents and automation API documentation with relevant examples.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\nAdvanced skills in object-oriented Python, including subsystem and library development.\nFamiliarity with AI-based tools and agentic workflows that improve productivity.\nStrong analytical, debugging, and communication skills, and the ability to work well with distributed, cross-functional teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree, or at least 1 year of software development experience.\nExperience with wireless standards (5G NR, LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth).\nFamiliarity with version control (Git/Gerrit), continuous integration tools, and data analysis platforms such as Splunk, OpenTelemetry, and Power BI.\nExperience developing in both Windows and Linux environments.\nFront-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and a modern framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.\nBack-end: A server-side language or framework such as Node.js/Express, Python (Django/Flask), or Java.\nAPIs and data: RESTful principles, HTTP/HTTPS, SQL databases, API integration and data handling, and hands-on experience with Postman.\nSecurity: Authentication and authorization standards such as OAuth 2.0.\nApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
