Strong technical leadership, communication, problem-solving, planning, and execution skills are essential.\nMinimum Skills\nIdeal candidate will have 10+ years of industry experience in ASIC/SoC design and integration, including:\nVerilog/SystemVerilog RTL design and debugging.\nComplex ASIC/SoC subsystem integration.\nDesign Verification and subsystem-level verification methodologies.\nSoC bus/interconnect protocols such as AHB and AXI.\nClock, reset, interrupt, register, and power-domain integration.\nRTL quality methodologies including lint, CDC/RDC, synthesis, timing analysis, and low-power checks.\nExperience working across Design, DV, Architecture, Physical Design, Software, and SoC teams.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with Camera, Image Processing, Video, Multimedia, Graphics, or DSP hardware.\nExperience with ASIC implementation and integration of Camera/Image Processing IP.\nUnderstanding of high-bandwidth data paths, memory systems, NoC/interconnects, and performance optimization.\nExperience with low-power methodologies and UPF-based flows.\nExperience with Python, Perl, Tcl, or similar scripting languages for automation.\nExperience taking complex ASIC subsystems from architecture and RTL through verification, SoC integration, tapeout, and silicon bring-up.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 8+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.OR\nMaster's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 7+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.\nOR\nPhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.\nQualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
