This role combines customer-facing technical support, connectivity systems expertise, and system-level hardware engineering. You will collaborate with customers and ecosystem partners to drive product commercialization through hardware bring-up, design reviews, connectivity validation, debugging, root-cause analysis, and system-level troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has strong hardware fundamentals, a solid understanding of embedded and MCU-based systems, and hands-on experience with connectivity technologies such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. A good understanding of wireless communication principles and connectivity system behavior, including RF performance, receiver/transmitter concepts, coexistence, interoperability, and troubleshooting methodologies, is highly desirable. Experience with IoT connectivity products, power optimization, and wireless certification is a plus.\nResponsibilities\n· Provide technical support for customer products leveraging IoT connectivity solutions.\n· Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of hardware, connectivity, performance, and system-level issues.\n· Perform validation, debugging, performance characterization, and design reviews across RF, antenna, power, and system integration domains.\n· Collaborate with customers, ecosystem partners, and engineering teams to enable successful product development and commercialization.\n· Create technical documentation and deliver customer-facing technical guidance and enablement.\nBasic Qualifications\n· 1+ years of experience with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or other connectivity technologies.\n· 1+ years of experience in hardware bring-up, validation, debugging, failure analysis, or customer support.\n· Strong foundation in hardware design, embedded systems, and wireless communications.\n· Ability to analyze schematics, datasheets, and system-level designs.\n· Hands-on experience with laboratory test and measurement equipment, including WLAN/BT test systems.\n· Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n· Self-driven, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.\n· Effective English communication skills in a global engineering environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\n· Background in wireless communications, connectivity systems, or RF engineering.\n· Familiarity with RF, antenna, coexistence, wireless certification, and connectivity system fundamentals.\n· Familiarity with embedded and connectivity system architecture, including board bring-up, boot flow, interface debugging, and hardware-software interaction.\n· Experience working with customers, ecosystem partners, ODMs/OEMs, or certification laboratories.\n· Experience with Python-based scripting or test automation.\n· Experience with Qualcomm® connectivity products and platforms.\n· 6+ years of experience in wireless communications or related fields is preferred for consideration at higher career levels\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field.
