This role combines operational leadership, business transformation, compliance oversight, and cross-functional project management to drive scalable, efficient, and well-controlled incentives processes. The individual will serve as a key partner to Sales, Finance, Pricing, IT, and Operations teams while supporting automation, system modernization, and AI-driven initiatives\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end ownership of complex Standard and Non-Standard Incentives claims processes.\nDrive strategic transformation initiatives, including system enhancements, portal modernization, AI-based validation, and automation opportunities.\nPartner with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements, perform UAT, and deliver process improvements.\nStrengthen governance, SOX compliance, audit readiness, and operational controls across Incentives processes.\nLead quarter-end and year-end activities, including claims settlement, accrual reviews, reporting, and risk assessments.\nDevelop scalable solutions to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and enhance customer experience.\nProvide thought leadership on process optimization, operational excellence, and future-state process design.\nCollaborate with senior leaders across Sales, Pricing, Finance, Legal, and Operations to resolve complex business issues.\nSupport knowledge management, succession planning, and mentoring of team members.\nDrive data-driven decision-making through reporting, analytics, and performance metrics.\nPreferred Qualifications.\nCA/CWA/CPA\n8+ years’ experience in Incentives, Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or a comparable business operations function.\nStrong understanding of incentives programs, claims processing, controls, and compliance requirements.\nExperience in leading cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology teams.\nProven track record of driving process automation and business transformation.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent communication, project management, and leadership capabilities.\n Minimum Qualifications:\n• Bachelor's degree.6+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.\n*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.\nApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
