We are expanding our team in Tijuana and seeking engineers to help develop next-generation technologies for high-performance computing, AI, mobile, auto.\n\nIf you have the following skills/background (or have a deep interest!) we'd love to consider you!\nASIC Design Engineer\nContribute to ASIC and SoC development across architecture, RTL design, implementation, timing analysis, methodology, automation, and silicon bring-up.\nPotential responsibilities:\nDevelop ASIC/SoC architectures and RTL designs.\nSupport synthesis, constraints, STA, and timing closure.\nWork on low-power and multi-voltage designs.\nDevelop design flows, automation, and tools.\nSupport IP integration, verification, simulation, and silicon bring-up.\nSoC Design Verification Engineer\nEnsure the quality and functionality of complex SoC designs through comprehensive verification, coverage, automation, and debug.\nKey responsibilities:\nDevelop verification plans and SystemVerilog/UVM environments.\nCreate directed and constrained-random tests, assertions, coverage models, and checkers.\nDebug RTL, testbench, and integration issues.\nDrive functional and code coverage closure.\nSupport emulation and acceleration-based verification.\nApply Automation and AI-assisted verification solutions\nPhysical Design Engineer\nDrive physical implementation for advanced, high-speed, and low-power ASIC and SoC products.\nKey responsibilities:\nExecute the physical design flow from netlist through tape-out.\nPerform floorplanning, power planning, placement, CTS, routing, and timing closure.\nResolve timing, signal integrity, crosstalk, power, and design-rule issues.\nSupport extraction, physical verification, ECOs, and sign-off.\nDevelop low-power methodologies and design automation tools.\nCollaborate with architecture, RTL, DFT, verification, and methodology teams.\nSoC Systems & Infrastructure Engineer\nDevelop solutions supporting SoC design, validation, system debug, FPGA prototyping, emulation, and silicon characterization.\nKey responsibilities:\nDesign and debug hardware and software components for SoC development platforms.\nSupport pre-silicon and post-silicon bring-up, failure analysis, and performance characterization.\nDevelop infrastructure, automation, and engineering tools.\nDebug low-level hardware and software issues.\nAnalyze system functionality, performance, power, reliability, and timing.\nApply automation and AI technologies to improve engineering productivity.\nJoin a collaborative global engineering organization developing leading-edge products on advanced process technologies.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.Applicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
