This role combines full-stack application development, data engineering and operational support responsibilities. sponsorship.\nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities\nApplies knowledge and experience to design, develop, create, modify, and validate software applications, services, and enterprise solutions. \nDevelops and supports modern full-stack applications using front-end and back-end technologies. \nDesigns, develops, and maintains APIs, microservices, and integration services supporting enterprise platforms. \nDevelops and supports scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, validation, indexing, and analytics. \nImplements and maintains solutions leveraging MongoDB, Elasticsearch and relational database technologies. \nContributes to developing data intensive applications using databases like Clickhouse and/or Cloud databases. \nContributes to the design and development of AI-enabled applications, intelligent search capabilities, and future Generative AI initiatives. \nCollaborates with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver business-critical solutions. \nParticipates in platform modernization initiatives including automation, architectural improvements and migration of legacy applications. \nPerforms troubleshooting, root cause analysis, monitoring, and issue resolution across production applications and data platforms. \nShares ownership of operational support, application maintenance and continuous service improvement activities. \nParticipates in design reviews, code reviews, testing, deployment activities and release management processes. \nFollows software engineering best practices to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure and reliable. \nLearns and adopts emerging technologies, frameworks and AI capabilities to drive innovation and improve business outcomes. \nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related technical field. \n2+ years of experience in software development, data engineering, application development, or related technical roles. \nOR\n4+ years of relevant work experience without a Bachelor's degree. \n2+ years of experience with application development using Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript or similar programming languages. \nExperience building or supporting enterprise software applications and services. \nUnderstanding of software engineering fundamentals including object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms and design principles. \nPreferred Qualifications\n2+ years of experience with full-stack application development using React, Angular, Node.js, or similar frameworks. \nExperience developing and supporting data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration solutions. \nExperience with MongoDB and NoSQL database technologies. \nExperience with Elasticsearch, enterprise search systems, indexing strategies or analytics platforms. \nExposure to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. \nExperience developing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications. \nKnowledge of event-driven architectures, messaging systems or streaming platforms such as Kafka. \nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS. \nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies. \nStrong troubleshooting, debugging, and application-support skills. \nAbility to balance development responsibilities with operational support ownership. \nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills. \nSelf-motivated with a strong desire to learn emerging technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives. \n Minimum Qualifications:\n• 3+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems).OR\n5+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.\n3+ years of any combination of academic or work experience with Full-stack Application Development (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)\n1+
