enterprise.\nKey Responsibilities\nPower Apps Development\nDesign, develop, test, and support Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.\nBuild business applications that streamline and automate manual business processes.\nDevelop reusable components and application frameworks to improve development efficiency.\nIntegrate Power Apps solutions with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Teams, SQL, and external systems.\nImplement role-based security and governance best practices within Power Platform environments.\nPower Automate & Workflow Automation\nDesign and implement automated business processes using Power Automate.\nDevelop cloud flows and approval workflows to improve operational efficiency.\nCreate integrations between Microsoft 365 services and enterprise applications.\nTroubleshoot workflow failures and optimize performance of existing automations.\nDevelop monitoring and alerting mechanisms for critical business processes.\nData Analytics & solution reuse across the organization.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\n3-5 years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.\nExperience building and supporting Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).\nExperience developing Power Automate workflows and business process automation solutions.\nExperience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.\nStrong knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, and Power Platform solution management.\nExperience integrating Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 services.\nExperience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Microsoft Copilot extensibility.\nExperience with Microsoft Graph API integrations.\nExperience with Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience working with Azure services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, or Azure Storage.\nExperience developing custom connectors and Power Platform integrations.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Fabric and modern analytics platforms.\nWorking knowledge of SharePoint Online administration and Microsoft Teams administration.\nExperience in a large-scale
