The role combines algorithm research and development with participation in 3GPP 6G standardization activities.\nResponsibilities\nResearch, design, and develop advanced physical-layer communication and signal-processing algorithms.\nEvaluate new concepts through analysis, simulation, and performance assessment.\nContribute to research activities targeting next-generation wireless and 6G communication systems.\nParticipate in 3GPP standardization activities and contribute to the development of future wireless standards.\nCollaborate closely with researchers and engineers across multidisciplinary teams.\nRequirements\nB.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in physical-layer communication algorithms and/or signal-processing development, or\nM.Sc./Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field, with specialization in communications, signal processing, or a relevant area.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to quickly learn new technologies and independently explore complex technical problems.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nStrong team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative research environment.\nAdvantages\nFamiliarity with 3GPP standards and/or research toward 6G wireless systems.\nExperience with wireless physical-layer algorithms, link-level simulation, or communication-system design.\nFamiliarity with AI/ML, including neural-network development and training.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.OR\nMaster's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.\nOR\nPhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.\n*References to a particular number of years experience are for indicative purposes only.
