Partner closely with Product Management, Customer Engineering, Program Management, Sales Operations, Manufacturing, Technical Publications, and external customers to ensure timely platform availability, software readiness, documentation delivery, and successful customer deployment.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Product Commercialization and Platform Readiness\nDevelop and execute platform launch, customer sampling, and release readiness strategies.\n\nDrive platform lifecycle planning and commercialization readiness across hardware and software releases.\n\nEnsure platform availability aligns with customer engagement plans and business objectives.\n\nCoordinate release planning activities across Product Management, Engineering, Customer Engineering, and Operations teams.\n\n2. External Customer Enablement\nLead end-to-end productization, demand planning, inventory management, sales enablement, and customer onboarding activities for customer-facing development platforms.\n\nDrive demand planning, order management, and build strategies for customer-facing hardware platforms.\n\nCoordinate part number planning, production readiness, and order fulfillment activities.\n\nLead customer enablement initiatives across hardware and software releases.\n\nEnsure customers can successfully deploy and utilize Qualcomm development platforms.\n\n3. Sales Enablement and Platform Operations\nCoordinate Sales Center setup and customer ordering readiness activities.\n\nPartner with Sales Operations teams to establish ordering, entitlement, and fulfillment processes.\n\nSupport pricing setup, product configuration management, and customer access workflows.\n\nDrive operational readiness across systems required to support customer transactions and platform fulfillment.\n\nMonitor platform demand and provide recommendations for allocation and prioritization.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, Business or related field.\n\n2+ years related experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Management, Program Management, Customer Enablement, Platform Operations, or Product Commercialization.\n\nExcellent English communication and stakeholder management skills..\n\nAbility to drive cross-functional execution in a global environment.\n\nExperience managing development platforms, customer sampling programs, or product launches.\n\nProficiency in data analytics, reporting, automation, and AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate). Experience developing dashboards, automating workflows and reports, and leveraging AI-driven insights to improve operational efficiency, forecast accuracy, and executive decision-making.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nSemiconductor or wireless industry experience.\n\nExperience working with OEM, ODM, ecosystem partners, or strategic customers.\n\nFamiliarity with development platforms, reference designs, product kits, and customer release processes.\n\nKnowledge of product lifecycle management, commercialization, and customer onboarding methodologies.\n\nExperience managing customer-facing hardware platforms and software release programs.\n\n Minimum Qualifications:\n• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.2+ years of Program Management or related work experience.\n*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.\nApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
