Replacement Position\n Minimum Qualifications:\n• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.2+ years of Program Management or related work experience.\n*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn project schedules and execution tracking with engineering team.\nDrive New Product Development through stage gate process to align and sign off with stakeholders on scope, schedule and budget.\nTrack project milestones & risk mitigation to align strategy with management team.\nWork with team leads to refine WBS and build into execution schedule.\nDrive internal signoff with engineering.\nDefine and drive process frameworks across teams for efficient and consistent execution and quality deliverables.\nWhat you'll Need\nElectrical engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent a minimum\nExperience in development of high speed serdes 112G+ , controllers and protocol knowledge\nExperience in stage gate process for new program development\nExperience in engineering role as part of high speed serdes IP development for understanding of execution flow and cross team interdependencies\nSchedule development, tracking and reporting with MS Office Project\nUnderstanding of IP development challenges in advanced process nodes at 5nm and below\nExperience in development of high speed serdes 112G+ and protocol knowledge\nUnderstanding of key IP deliverables and customer integration challenges\nPMP certification an asset\nApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
