Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.\n2. Minimum 4 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, with strong expertise in CMP processes.\n3. Proven experience in process development, optimization, yield improvement, and HVM support.\n4. Strong track record in process improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence.\n5. Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving results.\n6. Knowledge of DOE, SPC, FMEA, JMP/Minitab, and statistical process control.\n7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n8. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field and 2+ years of Product/Process Development or related work experience.OR\nMaster's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field and 1+ year of Product/Process Development or related work experience.\nOR\nPhD in Engineering, Science, or related field.\nQualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
