This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution of camera silicon programs and managing a cross-functional organization spanning Hardware Engineering, Emulation, Software/Firmware, Systems Engineering, and Program Management.\nThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large multidisciplinary semiconductor teams, delivering complex SoC programs from concept to commercialization, and driving organizational growth, execution excellence, and operational efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and scale a multidisciplinary Camera SoC organization across HW, Emulation, SW, Systems, and PM functions.\n\nDrive execution of Camera SoC roadmaps, development milestones, silicon bring-up, validation, and product commercialization.\n\nPartner with global engineering, product management, and business leaders to align resources, priorities, and deliverables.\n\nEnsure predictable program execution, risk management, quality, and customer commitments.\n\nBuild organizational capability through talent development, hiring, succession planning, and culture leadership.\n\nRepresent the Taiwan Camera SoC organization in executive reviews and strategic planning discussions.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.\n\n15+ years of semiconductor/SoC development experience with 8+ years in engineering leadership roles.\n\nDemonstrated success leading large cross-functional engineering teams and delivering complex silicon programs.\n\nStrong technical understanding of SoC development, system validation, software integration, and product execution.\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nThis role is critical to expanding Qualcomm's Camera SoC engineering presence in Taiwan and delivering industry-leading camera innovations across future Snapdragon platforms.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 10+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.OR\nMaster's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 9+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.\nOR\nPhD in Science, Engineering, or related field and 8+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.\nApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
