A Program Analyst coordinates across teams and monitors timelines, budgets, risks, and priorities to achieve program progress. Typically, a program needing a Program Analyst will be of significant size and will require expertise related to the development of project management mechanisms.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.OR\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant work experience.\nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities\nRegularly coordinates with third parties and/or internal customers for complex programs to identify and meet needs, track and communicate program status updates, and ensure compliance with processes and guidelines.\nPrepares and discusses agenda for meetings under guidance of the Program Manager and documents key discussion points, project plan changes, and stakeholder needs.\nContributes to and updates project plans to support Program Managers or Leads that include priorities, timelines, critical tasks, stakeholder identification for each task, and forecasted resource allocation.\nCollects, compiles, monitors, and maintains budget data, identifies potential issues, and communicates to the Program Manager.\nTracks the progress and execution of complex deliverables to ensure deadlines are met, and identifies and escalates issues that may impact deadlines.\nCoordinates schedules and task assignments for complex projects by following proper project management practices with some guidance from the Program Manager.\nManages and communicates changes in program timelines, priorities, and deliverables to stakeholders.\nGathers, analyzes, and interprets data and program metrics using advanced tools (e.g., macros, pivot tables, charts, graphs) and resolves inconsistencies.\nSynthesizes moderately complex data and metrics into a summary of key trends, risks, and changes, and presents results into a report that can be easily understood by key stakeholders.\nLevel of Responsibility\n·Working under some supervision.\n·Position will require periodic early morning and evening calls for collaboration with international teams\n·Using verbal and written communication skills to convey information that may be somewhat complex to others who may have limited knowledge of the subject in question.\n·May require basic negotiation and influence, cooperation, tact, and diplomacy.\n·Ability to focus on details, multitasking, prioritization and perform activities in a timely manner and with quality output\n·Ability to learn and adapt to existing and new systems\nMinimum qualifications\n·Written and spoken fluency in English and Spanish\n·Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.\n·Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly organize and articulate complex information to others\n·Hands-on working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Power Point\n·Working knowledge of Tableau/BI tools and willingness to expand to expert level\n·Strong deductive problem solving skills and data analysis\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.\n3+ years of experience creating, scheduling, and maintaining program plans or related experience.\n2+ years of experience with program management tools.\n·A strong interest in and/or knowledge of AI tools\n·Knowledge of Confluence, Teams and Jira\nApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
