Our work spans developer tools, automation frameworks, backend services, cloud-enabled platforms, and workflow orchestration systems that accelerate product development and improve engineering productivity.\nWe are committed to building secure, reliable, and innovative solutions that enable engineering teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently and at scale.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the architecture, design, development, and maintenance of scalable software tools, backend services, APIs, and platform applications.\n\nDefine and drive the long-term technical vision for engineering productivity, automation, and platform modernization initiatives.\n\nArchitect highly available, secure, and maintainable solutions that address current business needs while supporting future growth.\n\nDevelop high-performance backend systems, workflow automation frameworks, reporting platforms, and engineering dashboards.\n\nDesign and implement integrations across internal platforms, databases, cloud services, and external systems.\n\nDrive technical reviews, architecture discussions, proof-of-concept evaluations, and technology selection decisions.\n\nChampion engineering excellence through improvements in software quality, observability, performance, security, testing, deployment, and operational reliability.\n\nPartner closely with QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Product Management, and Engineering teams to ensure successful end-to-end solution delivery.\n\nEstablish and promote best practices for software architecture, development, code quality, documentation, and maintainability.\n\nMentor engineers across multiple experience levels through technical coaching, design reviews, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and productivity improvements.\n\nLead cross-functional technical initiatives and drive execution across geographically distributed teams.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, / Electrical/Electronics Engineering,\n\n12+ years of professional software development experience, with significant experience in backend systems, platform engineering, and tools development.\n\n8+ years of experience designing, building, and delivering large-scale software applications, developer tools, or enterprise platforms.\n\n8+ years of hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Java, C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Spring Boot, or comparable frameworks.\n\n8+ years of experience working with relational databases, data modeling, query optimization, and scalable data architectures.\n\nStrong expertise in REST API design, distributed systems, and enterprise software architecture.\n\nDemonstrated success in leading complex technical initiatives from concept through deployment and ongoing support.\n\nProven ability to influence technical direction and drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n15+ years of overall software engineering experience.\n\n10+ years of experience building engineering productivity tools, automation frameworks, validation platforms, CI/CD systems, release engineering solutions, or developer-facing platforms.\n\n5+ years of experience providing technical leadership through architecture ownership, technical mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.\n\n5+ years of experience designing and implementing distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native applications, or highly scalable backend platforms.\n\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, GCP, and modern DevOps practices.\n\nStrong understanding of system design, security, observability, performance engineering, and reliability principles.\n\nDemonstrated track record of delivering strategic initiatives that drive measurable improvements in engineering efficiency, scalability, or operational effectiveness.\n\nExperience working in large-scale, globally distributed engineering organizations.\n\nLeadership Expectations\nAs a Senior Staff Engineer, you will serve as a highly influential technical leader who drives engineering excellence across multiple teams and initiatives.
