This role ensures compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), strengthens financial processes, and provides financial guidance to support business and operational goals.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead accounting operations and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.\n\nOversee accounts payable, payroll, billing, collections, taxes, budgeting, profit and loss (P&L), asset management, and financial reporting.\n\nPrepare accurate financial statements, forecasts, cash flow analyses, and short- and long-term financial projections.\n\nMonitor daily bank balances, cash flow, and P&L performance.\n\nMaintain accounting systems, financial records, internal controls, policies, and procedures.\n\nReview monthly account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and oversee balance sheets, revenue estimates, expenses, and cost allocations.\n\nManage monthly and year-end closing activities and ensure reporting deadlines are met.\n\nProvide project accounting and financial guidance to support operational and strategic decisions.\n\nCoordinate audits, tax compliance, business licensing, and the submission of financial records to an external accounting firm for annual review.\n\nSupervise and support accounting personnel, including Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Assistant Controller functions.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve accounting accuracy, efficiency, and overall financial performance.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nAt least 10 years of related professional experience;
