This hands-on leadership role focuses on equipment reliability, PLC-based automation, preventive maintenance, team development, and workplace safety.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise, train, and develop electrical maintenance technicians.\n\nTroubleshoot industrial electrical systems, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, power distribution, automation, and PLC-related issues.\n\nAssign and prioritize daily maintenance tasks to support production and minimize equipment downtime.\n\nDevelop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs.\n\nRespond to equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.\n\nSupport equipment installations, startups, upgrades, modifications, and capital improvement projects.\n\nCollaborate with Engineering, Production, and Operations to resolve recurring equipment and process issues.\n\nMaintain electrical schematics, documentation, maintenance records, and troubleshooting procedures.\n\nMonitor team performance and promote technical development, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\n\nEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E, and applicable electrical safety standards.\n\nProvide coverage across multiple shifts and support operational needs as required.\n\nQualifications\nAt least 7 years of industrial electrical, controls, or maintenance experience in manufacturing.\n\nAt least 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in electrical or maintenance operations.\n\nStrong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, and power distribution.\n\nHands-on experience troubleshooting PLC-based automation systems.\n\nKnowledge of preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and electrical safety practices.\n\nFamiliarity with OSHA regulations and NFPA 70E requirements.\n\nStrong leadership, communication, prioritization, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExperience with equipment installations, startups, and improvement projects preferred.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance documentation systems preferred.\n\nCommitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.\n\nPhysical & Work Requirements\nRegularly walk the production floor and interact with manufacturing teams.\n\nStand, bend, and move throughout manufacturing areas during inspections and troubleshooting.\n\nOccasionally lift up to 50 lbs.\n\nWork flexible hours and support multiple shifts when needed.\n\nWork in both office and manufacturing
