This role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting CNC and manual machining equipment, supporting safety programs, and coordinating facility repairs to keep operations running efficiently.\nKey Responsibilities\nEquipment Maintenance\nDevelop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for CNC machines, manual machine tools, and other manufacturing equipment.\n\nDiagnose equipment problems, perform repairs, and coordinate service work when needed.\n\nTrack maintenance records, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.\n\nIdentify recurring failures and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.\n\nAssist with equipment installation, setup, relocation, and production troubleshooting.\n\nSafety & Compliance\nPromote safe work practices and coordinate safety committee meetings and initiatives.\n\nConduct workplace inspections, identify hazards, and follow up on corrective actions.\n\nAssist with incident investigations, reports, and safety performance tracking.\n\nSupport machine guarding, lockout/tagout (LOTO), personal protective equipment (PPE), and other safety programs.\n\nHelp maintain compliance with workplace safety policies and applicable regulations.\n\nFacility Maintenance\nCoordinate outside contractors for building, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and grounds maintenance.\n\nRespond to urgent equipment and facility issues as needed.\n\nSupport facility improvement projects and vendor coordination.\n\nQualifications\nRequired\nAt least 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing, machine shop, industrial, or production environment.\n\nStrong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.\n\nExperience with CNC machines, manual machine tools, or industrial manufacturing equipment.\n\nKnowledge of preventive maintenance and equipment reliability practices.\n\nAbility to read mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical documentation.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office.\n\nStrong organization, communication, independent problem-solving, and prioritization skills.\n\nPreferred\nExperience developing or managing preventive maintenance programs.\n\nKnowledge of machine shop operations and machining processes.\n\nFamiliarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, and industrial electrical systems.\n\nExperience with safety committees, safety leadership, or incident investigations.\n\nOSHA or other safety-related training or certifications.\n\nAssociate degree or technical training in maintenance, industrial technology, machining, or a related field.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to work in an industrial manufacturing environment.\n\nAbility to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.\n\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work around industrial equipment.\n\nAbility to respond to maintenance and facility concerns throughout the
