Climbing and elevated work are performed using OSHA-compliant equipment and required safety procedures, including appropriate platforms, gates, and guardrails.\nResponsibilities\nAssemble mechanical parts for overhead cranes and hoists, including bearings and couplings on shafts.\n\nUse basic hand tools to fabricate, fit, and install components.\n\nRead and follow shop drawings and assembly instructions.\n\nOperate overhead cranes and forklifts safely.\n\nApply basic mechanical skills to complete assembly tasks.\n\nFollow industrial safety procedures while working on the shop floor and at elevated heights.\n\nHandle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.\n\nMaintain reliable attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.\n\nWork extended shifts and Saturdays when required.\n\nQualifications\nBasic mechanical knowledge and hands-on assembly experience.\n\nAbility to read and understand shop drawings.\n\nAbility to operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely.\n\nWillingness and ability to climb cranes and work approximately 15 feet above the ground using approved safety equipment.\n\nComfortable working in a heavy industrial environment.\n\nAbility to lift and handle up to 50 pounds.\n\nDependable, punctual, and able to meet the work schedule.\n\nEmployment Details\nFirst shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM.\n\nTen-hour workdays, with
