This individual must be self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently while maintaining efficient operations and positive customer relationships.\nThis is a hands-on management position requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nKey Responsibilities\nWarehouse Operations and Site Management\nOversee daily warehouse and site operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and safety.\nCoordinate shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling activities.\nOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.\nMaintain accurate inventory records using Sortly and other tracking systems.\nEnsure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with company safety standards.\nIdentify operational concerns and implement practical solutions.\nServe as a primary point of contact for customer and site operational needs.\nTravel between assigned warehouse locations as business needs require.\nEmployee Management and Leadership\nSupervise and coordinate warehouse personnel, including temporary staffing agency employees.\nMake hiring and termination decisions in accordance with company policies and established procedures.\nConduct interviews, participate in employee selection, and coordinate onboarding and training.\nAssign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.\nProvide coaching, feedback, and performance management.\nAddress employee concerns and coordinate with Human Resources when appropriate.\nMonitor attendance, scheduling, and staffing requirements.\nMaintain appropriate documentation related to personnel and operational matters.\nAdministrative Responsibilities\nPerform general administrative duties necessary to support daily warehouse and site operations.\nPrepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, schedules, and operational records.\nEnter and update information in inventory tracking systems and company databases.\nMaintain accurate employee attendance and timekeeping records.\nCoordinate communication between warehouse employees, temporary staffing agencies, customers, and company leadership.\nAssist with employee onboarding paperwork and other administrative documentation.\nManage email correspondence, telephone communications, and routine office responsibilities.\nOrganize and maintain electronic and physical records.\nCoordinate supply orders, equipment needs, and other site-related administrative activities.\nAssist management with additional administrative and operational projects as needed.\nQualifications\nPrevious experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or site management required.\nPrevious supervisory or leadership experience preferred.\nStrong administrative and organizational skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.\nExperience with inventory management systems;
