This role is designed as a pathway to a full-time Recruiter position, giving you the opportunity to demonstrate sourcing expertise, communication skills, and candidate delivery during the initial 4 weeks.\nPosition Type: Independent Contractor (Part-Time or Full-Time)\n\nLocation: Remote\n\nDuration: Initial 4-week engagement with potential transition to Full-Time Recruiter role based on performance\n\nKey Responsibilities\nSource, identify, and engage candidates using Bullhorn CRM and ZoomInfo.\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines across job boards and sourcing channels.\nConduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening to ensure alignment with client requirements.\nCollaborate with recruiters and account managers to refine sourcing strategies.\nMaintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking in Bullhorn.\nProvide weekly updates on sourcing progress, challenges, and market insights.\nQualifications\nHands-on experience with Bullhorn CRM and ZoomInfo and other job boards\nProven background in candidate sourcing or recruitment support.\nStrong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing best practices.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.\nExperience with recruitment process outsourcing industry as a full time recruiter\nKnowledge working on Industrial, Manufacturing.
