The ideal candidate can lead crews effectively, maintain compliance with railroad safety requirements, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate daily assignments, schedules, and field crew activities.\n\nConduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with PPE requirements, FRA and DOT regulations, and applicable company procedures.\n\nOversee field projects, including hands-on tasks and heavy equipment operation when needed.\n\nCommunicate with customers and regulatory agencies regarding project activities and requirements.\n\nComplete and submit payroll records, equipment usage documentation, and project reports accurately.\n\nTrain, mentor, and assess crew members to support safe and effective performance.\n\nDevelop job cost estimates and quotes covering labor, equipment, and logistics.\n\nInspect and monitor equipment to ensure it remains safe, operational, and ready for use.\n\nRequired Qualifications and Skills\nAt least 2 years of experience in the railroad industry.\n\nWorking knowledge of DOT and FRA requirements and railroad safety regulations.\n\nStrong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems.\n\nValid driver's license;
