This position involves working from engineering drawings, preparing materials, and producing accurately fitted and welded components that meet quality and production requirements.\nThe ideal candidate has hands-on Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) and MIG welding experience, strong blueprint-reading abilities, and familiarity with fabrication and inspection tools.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine fabrication requirements.\n\nPerform Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) and MIG welding on metal components.\n\nFit, position, and prepare materials for welding and assembly.\n\nOperate welding and metal fabrication equipment safely and accurately.\n\nCheck completed work to ensure dimensions and workmanship meet specifications.\n\nUse inspection instruments to verify measurements and product accuracy.\n\nComplete assigned work according to production schedules and quality requirements.\n\nFollow established Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.\n\nFollow all workplace safety practices and production guidelines.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nPrevious hands-on experience with Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) and MIG welding.\n\nAbility to successfully pass a flat 1G welding test; 3G welding capability is preferred.\n\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and fabrication specifications.\n\nExperience using inspection and measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, and rulers.\n\nBasic mathematical skills and strong attention to detail.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively and work reliably as part of a team.\n\nFamiliarity with fabrication and layout tools, including:\nSquares\n\nTape measures\n\nBessey clamps\n\nReachovers\n\nLevels\n\nHammers\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious TIG welding experience.\n\nFamiliarity with metal fabrication involving different material types and thicknesses.\n\nWhy Consider This Opportunity?\nJoin a growing manufacturing team where welding quality, precision, and craftsmanship are valued.
