The representative will educate customers about the value and benefits of extended service contracts, recommend appropriate coverage options, and provide customized solutions based on each customer's needs.\n\nHandle inbound customer calls regarding extended service contracts.\n\nEducate customers on coverage options, benefits, and value.\n\nAssess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.\n\nConduct permission-based follow-up calls with sales leads.\n\nDocument customer interactions and sales outcomes.\n\nDeliver clear, professional product presentations.\n\nServe as a Subject Matter Expert and Brand Ambassador.\n\nComplete ongoing sales, product, and compliance training.\n\nMeet sales, quality, productivity, and KPI goals.\n\nParticipate in coaching and performance development.\n\nAddress customer inquiries and provide recommendations as needed.\n\nManage multiple tasks while maintaining strong organization.\n\nApply feedback and coaching quickly and effectively.\n\nQualificationsPreferred Qualifications:\n2+ years of consultative or solutions-based sales experience.\n\nProven success in commission-based sales.\n\n1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center.\n\nHigh school diploma/GED required; college preferred.\n\nStrong verbal, written, and active listening skills.\n\nProfessional, customer-focused communication style.\n\nExcellent organization, multitasking, and time-management skills.\n\nProficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and web-based systems.\n\nAbility to complete required testing and obtain necessary licensing.\n\nMust meet background screening requirements.\n\nReliable attendance and schedule flexibility.\n\nReceptive to coaching and able to apply feedback quickly.\n\nWork at Home Requirement:\nHigh-speed Internet via wired ethernet connection, no Wi-Fi, Satellite or Cellular Hotspot or Cellular Internet\n\nUpload speed of 3Mbps; Download speed of 10 Mbps\n\nThe Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss\n\nLatency under 100ms\n\nUSB headset with noise-canceling microphone (Jabra, Plantronics, or Logitech are recommended) 3.5 mm headsets and gaming style headsets are not approved\n\nAll Hires must have an available cell phone or tablet and be able to install our required 2FA software for Multifactor authentication on that device.\n\n2nd computer monitor required.\n\nWhat We Offer: We lead by example to ensure our fantastic team members and supervisors embrace and live the Qualfon Mission to make each person's life better.\n\nAll team members can further their education and earn a college degree through Qualfon University\n\nOur fantastic team members and supervisors embrace and live the Qualfon Mission & Values\n\nTeam members have FREE access to personal and professional support through our care coaches.\n\nSet schedules majority of shifts are 40 hours per week.\n\nMedical, dental benefits, vision, and life & accident insurance for full-time employees\n\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\n\nEEO Statement QUALFON is an equal opportunity employer.
