functionality, security, and performance standards are met.\nStay current with WordPress, Elementor, and web accessibility best practices, and recommend improvements proactively.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong proficiency in PHP, WordPress core architecture, and the WordPress Plugin/Widget API.\nHands-on experience building custom Elementor widgets and extending Elementor's page builder framework.\nSolid front-end skills: HTML5 CSS3/SASS, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design.\nExperience integrating third-party APIs and automation platforms (HubSpot, Zapier, or similar).\nWorking knowledge of WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards and how to implement them in practice.\nUnderstanding of website performance optimisation techniques (caching, CDN, image optimisation, minification).\nFamiliarity with Git version control and standard deployment workflows.\nAbility to translate Figma/design files into precise, production-ready markup.\nSkills\nElementor, PHP,
