The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in React Native development and the ability to independently create wireframes, prototypes, and visually appealing user interfaces. The candidate should have experience working with US-based clients, understand their business requirements and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly mobile applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.\n\n- Independently create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI/UX designs.\n\n- Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive mobile interfaces.\n\n- Develop reusable components and maintain consistent design standards across iOS and Android platforms.\n\n- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and other team members to understand project requirements.\n\n- Convert UI/UX designs into functional, high-quality mobile applications.\n\n- Ensure application performance, responsiveness, scalability, accessibility, and compatibility across different devices.\n\n- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services into mobile applications.\n\n- Implement state management solutions and handle application data efficiently.\n\n- Conduct debugging, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.\n\n- Follow mobile development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.\n\n- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing application maintenance.\n\n- Communicate effectively with US-based clients and stakeholders, including requirements clarification, progress updates, and feedback discussions.\n\n- Incorporate client feedback and design revisions to improve the overall user experience.\n\nTechnical Skills : \n\n- Strong hands-on experience in React Native mobile application development.\n\n- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.\n\n- Strong understanding of React concepts, including hooks, functional components, and reusable components.\n\n- Experience developing and deploying applications for both iOS and Android platforms.\n\n- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.\n\n- Ability to independently create wireframes, user journeys, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.\n\n- Strong understanding of mobile UI design principles, usability, typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.\n\n- Experience implementing design systems, reusable UI components, and consistent design patterns.\n\n- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and third-party API integrations.\n\n- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.\n\n- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.\n\n- Understanding of mobile application performance optimization, debugging, and testing.\n\n- Knowledge of app publishing and deployment processes for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.\n\n- Prior experience working directly with US-based clients or stakeholders is required.\n\nUI/UX Design Requirements : \n\n- Ability to independently handle the complete design process, from requirement gathering to final UI implementation.\n\n- Experience creating low-fidelity wireframes, user flows, clickable prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.\n\n- Ability to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive mobile experiences.\n\n- Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and mobile-first design principles.\n\n- Experience conducting design iterations based on client feedback and usability considerations.\n\n- Ability to maintain consistency between design prototypes and the final developed application.\n\n- A portfolio showcasing mobile application designs and implemented projects will be an advantage.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- Experience building consumer-facing or enterprise-grade mobile applications.\n\n- Familiarity with mobile application analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring tools.\n\n- Experience with automated testing frameworks for React Native applications.\n\n- Knowledge of accessibility standards and mobile usability best practices.\n\n- Experience working in Agile development environments.\n\n- A portfolio demonstrating both UI/UX design
