microservices-based applications using PHP (Laravel).\n\n- Build and consume RESTful APIs with OAuth2/JWT authentication.\n\n- Develop responsive user interfaces using React, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Ajax.\n\n- Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes.\n\n- Design highly available, scalable, and maintainable distributed systems.\n\n- Work with Kafka/RabbitMQ for asynchronous communication.\n\n- Implement caching strategies using Redis/Memcached.\n\n- Optimize MySQL databases through efficient queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.\n\n- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation.\n\n- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.\n\n- Leverage AI tools and AI-assisted development practices to improve coding efficiency, code quality, debugging, testing, and documentation.\n\n- Apply prompt engineering techniques to effectively interact with and utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) for software development and business use cases.\n\n- Demonstrate working knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and MCP (Model Context Protocol), including their application in AI-powered systems and integrations.\n\n- Use AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools as part of the software development workflow.\n\n- Collaborate with Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle.\n\n- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- Strong experience with PHP and Laravel Framework.\n\n- Experience building Microservices Architecture.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.\n\n- Strong knowledge of React.js.\n\n- Experience with REST APIs, OAuth2, and JWT.\n\n- Strong understanding of MySQL and experience with MongoDB and Redis.\n\n- Experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ.\n\n- Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, and Dependency Injection.\n\n- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Ajax, JSON, and XML.\n\n- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs).\n\n- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and the ability to design effective prompts for AI/LLM-based applications.\n\n- Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and MCP (Model Context Protocol).\n\n- Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.\n\n- Ability to effectively use AI coding tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, testing, documentation, and development productivity.\n\n- Familiarity with Jira or VersionOne.\n\n- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\n- Exposure to mobile application development is an added advantage.\n\n- Excellent communication skills with advanced English proficiency.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- Experience designing enterprise-scale distributed systems.\n\n- Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into web applications or enterprise systems.\n\n- Experience implementing RAG-based applications, AI agents, or MCP-based integrations is a plus.\n\n- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Ability to mentor team members and work in a collaborative environment.\n\n- Ability to evaluate, adopt, and effectively leverage emerging AI development tools and
