The candidate should be a strong hands-on technologist with proven experience managing a technical group and delivering products in a USA-based product company.\n\nThe role requires someone who can work closely with US stakeholders, understand product requirements, make sound technical decisions and actively contribute to development when required.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead and manage a group of software engineers, providing technical direction, mentoring and delivery ownership.\n\n- Own the complete delivery lifecycle, from requirements and technical planning through development, testing, release and production support.\n\n- Remain hands-on technically with coding, architecture, debugging, code reviews and solving complex technical issues.\n\n- Design and develop scalable applications using PHP, Laravel, React and MySQL.\n\n- Drive technical architecture, coding standards, performance, scalability, security and engineering best practices.\n\n- Work closely with US-based Product and Business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\n\n- Lead the integration and adoption of AI/GenAI capabilities into products and engineering processes.\n\n- Evaluate and implement technologies such as LLMs, AI APIs, RAG, MCP, AI Agents and automation where applicable.\n\n- Monitor delivery progress, identify technical risks and dependencies and ensure timely resolution.\n\n- Conduct code and architecture reviews and maintain high engineering quality across the group.\n\n- Mentor engineers, develop technical talent and establish a culture of ownership and accountability.\n\n- Participate in technical discussions, product planning, estimation and strategic engineering decisions.\n\nRequired Experience & Skills :\n\n- Minimum 10 to maximum 15 years of overall software engineering experience.\n\n- Proven experience in a Technical Delivery Manager / Engineering Manager / Technical Manager or similar senior technical leadership role.\n\n- Mandatory: Previous experience working in a USA-based product company.\n\nTech Stack :\n\n- PHP/Laravel\n\n- React\n\n- MySQL\n\n- REST APIs and system integration\n\n- Cursor or similar tool\n\n- Practical experience with AI (RAG & MCP) /GenAI technologies and their implementation in products.\n\nCandidate Profile :\n\nThe ideal candidate should be able to effectively balance three key areas:\n\n- Technical Leadership: Strong hands-on expertise and ability to make technical and architectural decisions.\n\n- Delivery Ownership: Ability to take ownership of product delivery, timelines, quality, risks and technical execution.\n\n- People Leadership: Ability to manage, mentor and develop a group of engineers while maintaining a high-performance engineering culture.\n\nSkills\nPHP, Laravel, MySQL, Artificial Intelligence, RESTful, Engineering Management, Delivery Management, IT Project Delivery, Project Management","description_format":"text","description_chars":3034,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":10,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"India","iso":"IN","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Software Testing & QA"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-30T12:00:00Z"}],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":1,"expected_fill_days":25,"reasons":["seen:1","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-10-02T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/qualibar-senior-technical-delivery-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/qualibar-senior-technical-delivery-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-03T03:23:09Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":3106,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":1894,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-04T00:00:00Z"}}}
