The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual testing and analytical skills ensuring product quality and reliability.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead QA efforts for projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.\nAnalyze business requirements and create test strategies, plans, and cases.\nPerform functional, regression, integration, system, and Performance testing.\nIdentify, document, and use defect tracking software. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Product, DevOps).\nConduct risk analysis and recommend quality improvements.\nDrive QA process improvements and best practices.\nParticipate in release planning and provide quality sign-off.\nLeadership Responsibilities\nConduct peer reviews of test cases and reports.\nAct as a point of escalation for complex testing issues.\nFacilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and team skill development.\nCollaborate with management to define QA strategies and approach.\nEnsure adherence to QA processes and standards.\nRepresent QA in stakeholder meetings and communicate quality metrics.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team.\nTechnical Skills\nExpertise in API testing (Postman, REST Assured).\nKnowledge of SQL for database testing.\nFamiliarity with AI tools for efficiency in quality processes. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n5-10 years of experience in manual testing of complex applications.\nStrong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle, QA methodologies.\nExpertise in writing test cases, scenarios, and reports.\nHands-on experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, ADO).\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nProficient in API testing\nKnowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nExperience in performance and security testing concepts.\nWhy Join Us?\nOpportunity to work on cutting-edge projects.\nCollaborative and growth-oriented work environment.\nCompetitive salary and benefits.\nQualifacts is an equal opportunity employer.
