This role contributes to architectural decisions for applications and services, collaborates across development teams, and helps ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with established patterns and practices.\nThe Software Architect supports planning, communication, and delivery across multiple initiatives while influencing sound technical decisions across teams.\nYour Responsibilities:\nContribute to the design and architecture of scalable software solutions, including API-based and cloud-hosted services, aligned with business and technical requirements.\n\nApply software architecture and design concepts, including architectural patterns, to evaluate and propose solutions.\n\nCollaborate with software engineering teams, development teams, and DBAs to ensure solutions are practical and effectively implemented.\n\nSupport the design of service integrations and distributed solutions using APIs, messaging, or event-driven concepts.\n\nParticipate in planning and scheduling activities while balancing multiple projects and priorities.\n\nCommunicate architectural recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nInfluence technical decisions by promoting sound design practices and helping teams align on execution approaches.\n\nContribute to cloud-based solution design, particularly leveraging AWS concepts and best practices.\n\nProvide documentation and design guidance to support implementation and maintain alignment across teams.\n\nStay current with evolving technologies, architecture practices, and industry trends.\n\n Qualifications:\nAdvanced English level.\n\nDemonstrated experience in software engineering and/or software architecture with increasing responsibility in solution design and collaboration.\n\nStrong understanding of API-based solutions and service-oriented concepts.\n\nKnowledge of software architecture and design, including architectural patterns.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud hosting concepts, preferably AWS.\n\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) and their application in software engineering workflows.\n\nExposure to event-driven architecture, including streaming (e.g., Kafka) or messaging solutions (e.g., RabbitMQ, SQS).\n\nStrong collaboration skills and ability to work across development teams and disciplines.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to influence others through technical expertise and communication.\n\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAWS Solutions Architect Associate-level certification.\n\nExperience contributing to project planning, estimation, and scheduling.\n\nFamiliarity with documenting architectural designs and communicating design with intent across team.\n\nWhat we offer you:\nEconomic bonus and merit review.\n\nFull Health Insurance (EPS and oncologic) for you and your direct dependents.\n\nFully paid English lessons.\n\nAll legal benefits (CTS, 30-day paid vacation per year, life insurance, etc.).\n\n** This company promotes the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace (Law No. 29973).\nQualifacts is an equal opportunity employer.
